Looking for some good midweek cross-training to help develop a more well rounded fitness regimen? Then our Wednesday Brew Camp Cross-training Series is for you! Every Wednesday in the Karbach Biergarten we will have a personal trainer on hand to help reach your fitness goals. These workouts are aimed to be beginner-intermediate, focusing on overall conditioning and core strength. It’s a great way to get back in shape, tighten up that gut, or to take your athletics to the next level. And, yes, 1 post workout beer is part of the regimen!
$10 gets you a 1 hour workout and 1 recovery Weekend Warrior Beer! Sign up starts at 6:30pm and the workout begins at 7:15pm.
No, we will not be lifting kegs- all you need to bring is workout clothes and a yoga mat.
